is this heli good for flying in tight enclosed spaces such as a medium sized bedroom?

They are both the same.

Which would be better outside or in a gym?

In terms of stability, durability and overall quality, they are almost the same. The Mini Cobra is newer so I would go with that. Hope that helps. =]

They are very similar so it depends on which look you like more. Just go for the one you think looks the best. Good luck!

If you’ve never flown before, I can’t reccomend the Walkera 4#3 or the Exceed Mini Spark for a beginner, or even your next step up. Esky’s V4 (coaxial) is an excellent heli, easy to fly, and around $100. E flite’s CX2 is a very good one, but cost nearly twice as much. I’m not so impressed with the Exceed Blazing Star. If you “just got to have” a larger heli, I would consider Esky products.

The best and most popular single rotor heli I can recommend would be the Falcon 40, also from exceed. Check them out, it is quite larger than a Mini Spark though

thanks i checked it out and it looks great but can you suggest a single rotor for me a one for a beginner

I would definitely suggest the Blazing Star from Exceed if you are a beginner. The mini spark is a fixed pitch and will require a lot more skill than a co axial
